To mark the 800 year anniversary of the Canticle of the Creatures,
Sr Mary has created a series of ten beautiful icons representing the Elements of Creation.
Sr Mary Burke is a Franciscan Missionary of Mary living in Melbourne. Her love of icons began during her time in the Middle East and continues in the work of iconography today.
Through this she has been able to bring together her strong passion for scripture and theology.
